N for NATURAL FOOD — Choose unprocessed foods, a varied diet, and seasonal fruits and vegetables, especially those rich in antioxidants.
T for TOBACCO — Avoid completely; smokers are twice as likely to have a heart attack.
E for ENVIRONMENT — Seek a healthy environment and fresh air from nature to help reduce stress.
