Usage tips

VALYXIR ALPINE GARDENS CLEANSING RITUAL: Take a moment for yourself and follow our care ritual.

  • Cleanser – Apply a small amount to dry skin. Massage to dissolve make-up and impurities. Add a little water and continue massaging until the gel turns into a silky milk. Rinse off with water.

  • Mask – Apply generously with dry hands. Leave on for at least 10 minutes. Rinse off with water.
    In case of direct contact with the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.

PHARMALP SLEEP:

  • 1 tablet per day, to be taken in the evening 1 hour before bedtime, for 20 days.

  • If needed during very intense periods, you may take 2 tablets in the evening.
    Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for children under 12 years of age.

Food supplement: does not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature (<25 °C).
